WebBot IE Add-on Button is a group of Value Added Products to Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x-6.0. When activated, they will help you to collect information from the web automatically. Web VCR is a customized Web Browser which will allow the users to record, and later playback the Web Browsing activities. You can save the activities as different macro files, and pick up the previously saved macro files to playback. It is a great web demonstration and web productivity tool. It can also be used to test the web site by running multiple instances of Web VCR at multiple sites.

IIP WebBot is a Microsoft Windows based Application, which will allow the users to train the WebBots and to launch The WebBots to accomplish various Internet Information Processing (IIP) tasks automatically. Once the WebBots have been trained, it can help the users to accomplish many routine jobs the users otherwise had to do them manually on the Web. The jobs include the Information Collection tasks and Web Information Posting tasks.

It is not easy to program Microsoft Outlook Express in Visual Basic 6, as OE does not provide convenient COM/ActiveX object which VB6 developers love to have. There are Outlook Express COM/ActiveX available on the Internet for download, but none of them are free. Our OECOM is a COM object written in VC++. It provides folders/messages navigation and manipulation methods like GetNextMsgID, GetMsgSrc, GetMsgSubject, ShowFolders, ShowMsgList, CreateMsg, RemoveMsg, CopyMsgToFolder, MoveMessageToFolder, CreateSubFolder, RemoveFolder, RenameFolder, MarkMsgAsRead and MarkMsgAsUnRead. It enables the VB developers to write messaging programs like Outlook Express Explorer, as the included sample code does. It is also easy for the VB developers to use this COM/ActiveX to write code to backup/restore the OE folders and messages.

Crystal Ticker is an automatic Stock retrieval toolrunning on Microsoft Windows. With Crystal Ticker, users can automatically get the up to date quotes from the Internet in the shortest possible time. After selecting the stocks of interests and optionally typing in the buy and sell price, the users can launch the ticker at the corner of their monitor screen. m2j2.exe is a command line program. It takes the ASP file as the first parameter and output the JSP source code on the console. So if you want to convert a file foo.asp to foo.jsp, run m2j2 foo.asp > foo.jsp. Please note that at this stage, the conversion is not 100% correct. You still need to manually adjust code to make it work. But it already saves you 80% of the time. Out Instant-e-Store on JSP project is accomplished by using this m2j2.exe to speed up the process.

Yamabay Personal Slideshow allows you to make your own slide show from any subdirectory of your hard drive containing JPG files. The Slideshow contains the buttons to Start, Stop, Forward, and Backward the slides. It can also adjust the slides advance speed while the slides are playing.

For example, if your JPG files are at c:\yamashow, then upzip yamashow.zip to c:\yamashow and change the line number 9 of files_local.htm to: currDir = "c:\yamashow". Once this is done, just double click on the file yamabay.htm from the windows Explorer to start the show.
